If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any product that you have purchased from us.

No returns or refunds.
We accept replacement requests only if the product is broken/damaged or on receipt of incorrect product/color/size.
For replacement, sharing package opening video is a must.
To be eligible for replacement, the products should be in the same condition as when received - Unworn/Unused/Unwashed/Unsoiled/Unaltered/Undamaged and in its original packaging.
The replacement request must be done via WhatsApp to +91914707547 within 2 days of receipt of the product. Mention the Order ID and the term ‘Replacement Request’.
No replacement request would be accepted if

The request is raised after 2 days of receiving the shipment.
Incorrect delivery address is given.
Product returned is damaged or used.
After 3 failed attempts by the courier.
Product is a customized item.
Product is sent back without first requesting a replacement and receiving a replacement acceptance message from our end.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

If the return/exchange is accepted at our end,

Initiate return within 2-3 days of return acceptance.
Please ensure that the product(s) is packed properly for return by courier. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
Mention the following on the packet –
* Order Number
* The Buyer Name used while placing the order
* Shipping Address and Contact Details of the Company - Quirky Kanya - They will be shared once the return request is initiated and accepted at our end.

The shipping charge for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.

Once the product is received, a quality check will be done at our end post which the replacement product will be sent. The shipping charges for return/exchange will not be reimbursed.
You will be notified if/when the product return is accepted and the refund process is initiated.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchange is available only once per product.
Products bought during sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped and we will refund the entire amount. Once your order is shipped we cannot cancel the order and no refund will be provided.
In case an order is cancelled at our end, you will be notified immediately. Refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 days.

We will credit your refund through bank account transfer or UPI payment. Please share your details in the return request message/email. It can take 7-10 working days for the amount to be reflected, after the refund process is initiated.
