In the email body, include your Order ID, details of your replacement request, and package-opening photos and video. The package-opening video is mandatory for every replacement request. For eligible damaged or incorrect items, we’ll arrange a reverse pick-up.
Can I get a replacement?
Replacements are available only for broken or damaged products, or if you receive an incorrect product, colour or size. The item must be unused, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging.
