We make every effort to represent our jewelry accurately. However, handmade pieces may have slight variations in texture, colour and finish—a natural part of artisanal craftsmanship.

Can I cancel my prepaid order?
Yes, prepaid orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re here to help. Mail us at admin@quirkykanya.in or quirkykanya@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Please mention your name and request type in the subject line, and include your Order ID, refund or replacement request details, and package-opening photos and video in the body of the email. The package-opening video is required for every replacement request. For eligible damaged or incorrect items, we’ll arrange a reverse pick-up for the return.

Can I get a replacement?
Yes, replacements are available only for broken/damaged products or incorrect products, colours or sizes. The item must be unused, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We do not offer general returns or refunds. Replacements are available only in the eligible cases mentioned above.
