We make every effort to represent our jewelry accurately. However, handmade pieces may have slight variations in texture, colour and finish—a natural part of artisanal craftsmanship.

Prepaid orders across India enjoy free shipping. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders for a ₹200 charge.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 2–7 working days of receiving your order. During the festive season, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. Thank you for your patience while we prepare your order with care!

Can I cancel my prepaid order?
Prepaid orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re here to help! Email us at admin@quirkykanya.in or quirkykanya@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Mention your name and request type in the subject line. In the email body, include your Order ID, details of your replacement request, and package-opening photos and video. The package-opening video is mandatory for every replacement request. For eligible damaged or incorrect items, we’ll arrange a reverse pick-up.

Can I get a replacement?
Replacements are available only for broken or damaged products, or if you receive an incorrect product, colour or size. The item must be unused, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We do not accept general returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Replacements are available only in the eligible cases mentioned above.
