What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please mention your name and request type in the subject line, and include your Order ID, refund or replacement request details, and package-opening photos and video in the body of the email. The package-opening video is required for every replacement request. For eligible damaged or incorrect items, we’ll arrange a reverse pick-up for the return.

Can I get a replacement?
Yes, replacements are available only for broken/damaged products or incorrect products, colours or sizes. The item must be unused, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
