Two sisters - almost twins, but not really - set out to express their styling ideas and fashion designs in the world.

They were 8 and 15 when they first started designing. A love of art and fashion and adoration for Barbie Dolls inspired the two sisters to sketch beautifully detailed doll dresses. They would then  go on to stitch up the ensembles themselves - imperfectly perfect in their own way, but definitely unique. Of course Momma dearest would always be there to help.

They would forage all over the house in search of spare materials for designing their fashionable doll dresses -  Mom's and GrandMa's wardrobes were regularly raided and sometimes the neighboring tailor uncle was kind enough to gift them spare fabric bits from his shop.

The two sisters dreamt of one day becoming fashion designers and bringing out their artsy ideas to the world!

But of course, the Universe had other plans for them... 

And like so many, they ended up in the corporate world.

The passion for fashion however, was far from extinguished!

 

So in 2022 finally, they quit their MNC jobs and decided to follow their childhood dreams - thus leading to....drum rolls please.....The Quirky Kanya!
